Synchronised Swimming, Open Water & Disability Swimming.

We provide ASA/UKCC Swimming Teacher courses as an accredited ASA training centre.

Courses are run at Chapeltown Community Swimming Pool in Sheffield.  The pool is approx. 6 miles from Sheffield City Centre, just off junction 35 of the M1 motorway with good bus & train links. The pool is a conventional style 25 x 12 yards and we have a classroom on site. We run intense courses usually undertaken over 1 - 2 weeks  or we also run the same courses over a longer period of 1 - 2 days per week for 5 to 8 weeks. All courses are a combination of practical and theory work along with a written exam.  We recognise that canditates may not have been in a classroom environment for sometime so, all timetables allow plenty of time for candidates to have tutor assistance with their planning and paperwork. Swimming should be FUN.  Children learn through play and repetition.   All our courses operate with this in mind and we try our best to make teaching and learning an enjoyable experience.
